On too many occasions homeowners or other consumers are taken advantage of by unscrupulous service or product providers. All too frequently a disgruntled consumer feels that he or she has no where to go other than to report the unfair or deceptive business practice to the Better Business Bureau, and hope for the best. We, however, know, understand and are well versed in the numerous consumer protection laws and methods of remedies available to the consumer here in the Commonwealth.
As a result we at MG&A are frequently asked to assist clients to recover overpayments or to obtain what they bargained for in the first place, whether through arbitration, mediation or litigation.
